Solve USB to TTL converter Windows driver compatibility issues (Yellow Mark Error Code 10 in Device Manager)

Windows 8/8.1/10 are NOT supported in PL-2303HXA and PL-2303X EOL chip versions. If you are facing this issue when you connect your USB to TTL converter you can do the following steps to fix the issue.




1. Open Device manager > Expand port(COM&LPT) > Select the device(Yellow marked) > Right click  >  Properties > Driver > Uninstall.

2. Install old version driver that can be downloaded from here 

3. If it trying to install new driver when you plug USB to TTL converter just cancel installation or Open Device manager > Expand port(COM&LPT) > Select the device(Yellow marked) > Right click  >  Properties > Driver > Roll Back Driver.  Done!
